Shipping policy

All orders received before 12 pm EST, Monday-Friday, will ship the next business day. All orders are fully traceable and tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched. 

Shipping and dispatch times are a guideline and subject to change. You may experience slightly longer delivery times and/or delays during peak periods, which include the holiday season of November - January, and/or other postal service delivery issues that are out of our control. International shipping times are not guaranteed.

If you are purchasing an item noted as Pre-Order, you will be given an estimated ship date, but this ship date is not guaranteed. You will be charged for the item at check out. By purchasing this pre-order item, you are agreeing to the timeline described.

Once orders are placed, they can’t be edited, added to, or canceled. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order. We take great pride to ensure all items are shipped correctly and in perfect condition. However, items may occasionally become damaged in transit. If you are concerned you have received a damaged or defective item, please contact us at official@sunkissedtan.com, providing photographic evidence of the damage or defect. If the product is deemed damaged or defective, you will be issued a full refund. Your bank may take additional time to clear the funds back into your account.
