Refund policy

We hope you love your Sunkissed tan products as much as we do. If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return your unopened, unused, undamaged, originally packaged product to us, within 14 days of the delivery date. 

To return an item, send an email to our customer support team at official@sunkissedbysadie.com, with the following details regarding your return: name, order number, the reason for the return, and photos to help us understand your issue. We recommend using a registered tracking delivery service to ensure your parcel reaches us safely. We are not liable for returns that are lost in transit without parcel tracking. Once received by our warehouse, your return will be processed within 7 business days. You will be refunded back to your original form of payment, which will not include the cost of the return or delivery postage unless you are returning products that are damaged or defective. Your bank may take additional time to clear the funds back into your account. We do not refund or exchange items that appear to have been used, opened, or are not in original condition.
